Because parenting teenagers needs a different playbook.

Family Circle is a 12 weeks coaching programme for parents.

This programme will help you understand your teenager better. Make sense of the difficult moments at home, and try practical ways to communicate and manage conflict. At the same time protecting the connection you have with your child.

As your child grows, pulling away, arguing more, it can become hard on you. Family Circle gives you practical guidance, expert support, and a safe space to understand what’s changing.

Family Circle has been designed by parents, professional coaches and therapists. It combines lived experience with practical tools you can use at home.

This is not therapy. It is a family-relationship programme.
